Initiativet 2009 har i samarbejde med Little Aid sørget for at sende 1140 KG medicin til Vavuniya hospital i den nordlige del af Sri Lanka. Medicinen skal bruges til at behandle folk i de midlertidige flygtningelejre på Sri Lanka.

Medicinen blev donereret af Medicin Uden Grænser og transporteret til Sri Lanka med hjælp fra DANIDA (Danish International Development Agency). Little Aid har sørget for det praktiske arbejde med at få medicinen gennem tolden på Sri Lanka og transportere det til Vavuniya hospital.
