Mareeni Raymond is a doctor in London with an interest in healthcare quality improvement. Mareeni has volunteered as a teacher at Little Aid’s school in Killinochchi to see first hand the positive impact of the free classes on young adults looking for confidence in their skills, as well as qualifications for future work.
Mrs Sharmila Fernando is an accountant by profession and working as an operations director for an investment /real estate company in London. Sharmila is one of the founder members of Little Aid and in charge of legalities and accounts of Little Aid.
Tarrin Constantine is a Group Financial Director of Desilu Group that owns hotels and real estate’s operation in the UK and Cyprus. He is one of the founder members of Little Aid and supervises the Sri Lankan operation in Sri Lanka. He visits to Sri Lanka at least twice a year (not on Charity expense). Tarrin also has his property portfolio/business in the UK under the umbrella of Constantine Associates Ltd.
